 30 Years ago Fred Burrell decided to open Burrell's Barbecue in Santa Ana, CA Having had three Excellent instructors( his mother, grand mother & aunt) and experience in culinary Arts from local hotels and Restaurant, and degree in Business Administration, With his smile and a Prayer, he set up to give his customers good home cooking at reasonable price and plenty of it.. the process we use to cook our meats can No longer be duplicate in modern times. Restaurants come and go, but because of our customers Satisfaction and the sincere effort that our staff makes to give You the best product and service we've made, Burrell's is the Best! A great deal of establishments has attempted to duplicate our process but failed. We thank you for 30 wonderful years of support and plan on serving you in the future.
